EJ’s Shift Leader is responsible for bringing the hype during trade periods. You motivate, engage and prompt our legendary crew members to keep operating the EJ way – upholding the highest food safety standards and above & beyond customer service. Your leadership qualities allow you to proactively look for ways to up-skill our crew members and improve overall customer experience. You’re a real one.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the team and daily restaurant operations. You lead the team to stay one step ahead during busy trade periods, so that our customers always receive their orders fresh… And no one gets hangry. Phew! You proactively look for ways to improve our financial and inventory efficiencies, working alongside the Restaurant Manager to meet and exceed KPI targets.

EJ Restaurant Managers are like no other. They are exceptional team leaders, responsible for the overall running of efficient daily operations at our restaurants.
